When you send a B2B inquiry, we collect your name, email address and phone number, plus any company name, country or region, product requirements and message you choose to provide. The homepage quotation form also collects product category and quantity. We use these details to evaluate and respond to your lighting requirements.

Your inquiry

Your inquiry is stored for sales follow-up in a hosted PostgreSQL database provided by Neon. We send its details to our sales contact, leslie@zhexianlighting.com, through our Alibaba enterprise email service so our team can review your requirements. We also keep notification status and submission references to track delivery attempts and avoid duplicate notices.

Our website is hosted on Vercel. Please do not submit sensitive personal information. We do not use your quotation details for advertising analytics.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits and measure inquiries that have been successfully saved. When you allow analytics, Google receives page-visit information, browser and device information, approximate location, and non-personal event details such as form type and page language.

Analytics is off by default. Google Analytics scripts and analytics cookies are loaded only after you allow analytics. Declining does not affect browsing or inquiry submission.

We do not send your name, email address, phone number, company name, message or free-text product requirements to Google Analytics. We do not enable Google Ads advertising cookies or Google Signals.

Your analytics choice is stored in your browser’s local storage. You can change or withdraw it at any time using Analytics preferences at the bottom of the page. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics collection on that browser.

Location map

The Contact page embeds an OpenStreetMap map. When it loads, your browser connects to OpenStreetMap to display the map. See the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy for details.
